We encountered various issues during our stay that left us feeling disappointed. The check-in process was overly complicated, and despite arriving on time, we were made to wait due to room unavailability. Upon reaching our room, we discovered multiple repairs were needed. the TV remote did not work, the bathroom door was faulty, and the room itself had a musty smell that lingered. Overall, it was far from the relaxing getaway we had hoped for.

The customer service was really great. the staff handled our check-in efficiently and kindly, which made the experience smoother. Just be aware that the building is undergoing renovations, so expect some disarray.
